The project, named Akkuyu NPP Silifke Residential Complex, is located in the Burunucu neighborhood near Taşucu in the Silifke district of Mersin. The project spans a total area of 775,597 m². The total gross construction area of the residential complex, including social facilities, is 362,800 m².

About the Project
The project will be carried out in three main zones based on property status, allowing for a more streamlined construction schedule. Zone 1 consists of four-story blocks with a population of 2,104, while Zones 2 and 3, which include high-rise blocks, will accommodate populations of 2,131 and 2,055, respectively.
