About the Project

The Selimiye Mosque is one of the most significant works of Ottoman architecture. Built in Edirne between 1568 and 1575 by the renowned architect Mimar Sinan, it is distinguished by its elegant dome and slender minarets. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the mosque is regarded as one of the pinnacles of Ottoman-era architecture.
